Whether you are a first-time home buyer or an experienced investor with a large property portfolio, Max can help you achieve your real estate goals. Max's ability to make his clients' dreams a reality resulted in $24M in closings last year. Max shares with his real estate clients the same drive for excellence, work ethic, and attention to detail which led to his international success on the US Ski Mountaineering National Team for a decade. You will appreciate Max's commitment, experience, understanding of local property nuances, and agility in a dynamic market.
Max focuses on helping clients buy/sell properties up and down the valley, and enthusiastically represents backcountry properties in the Aspen area as well. Past listings range from $40M properties on the backside of Aspen Mountain to a $5,000 lot in Marble, and everything in between.
Max is fortunate to live and breathe real estate full-time - understanding it is so much more than a home. It's the keystone to a mountain lifestyle that both he and his clients know and love. Don't be surprised if you see Max cycling, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or snowmobiling to help clients find the perfect, off the beaten path property - or just for fun. It's who he is and how he does business. Sharing his unique Roaring Fork Valley knowledge and appreciation for Colorado mountain living brings Max great joy.
Having Max as your guide ensures that the process of buying or selling a home is as smooth as possible, with his uncanny ability to overcome unexpected hurdles. He shows up fully from day one to closing day - touring areas most people don't know exist, navigating multiple offer scenarios, resolving complex due diligence - all while getting to know you in order to guide you to the best property... for you. Max is resourceful. Thorough. Responsive. A consummate professional with a large network of long-standing relationships.
Max has a passion for travel - hiking the Japanese Alps with his family, exploring the coasts of New Zealand and cycling remote areas of Laos and China. Although Max has traveled extensively to mountain regions throughout the world, he has yet to find a place as special as Aspen, which he has called home since graduating from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. When at home, Max is always finding new peaks to ski, ridges to run, and valleys to ride with his wife Jessie and son Ryder.
